Product Profile: This product includes two levels of element monitoring; Level 1 provides basic inquiry based monitoring such as “PING” or “State”; Level 2 provides advanced agent based threshold and condition monitoring, reporting and alarming.

Product Detail: Basic Monitoring or Level 1 service produces a condition awareness of any device or system element at any frequency desired, with optional automated dispatch or pager notification for any abnormal status. The Level 2 service includes agents that are installed on the target devices and configured to collect details of capacity, performance and “health” condition. The Level 2 Monitoring service is capable of providing threshold sensitivity and detailed reporting for devices, systems and/or sub-systems.
